About Orders

1. Order Changes and Cancellations
   If you wish to change or cancel your order, you can go back to your shopping cart to delete or modify items before clicking the "Pay Now" button.

   • If payment is complete, go to the Your Account page (top left corner of this page) and check the Fulfillment Status column. If it shows Fulfilled, your order has already been shipped and cannot be canceled or exchanged. In this case, once you receive the items, please keep them unopened and retain the invoice for any return or refund requests, and contact our customer service email.
   • If the status shows Unfulfilled, contact our customer service email immediately to cancel the order and request a refund.

   Please carefully review our Returns and Exchanges FAQ before initiating a return or exchange.

   Note: Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

   Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of USD 0.50 applies to all cancellations, as our merchant processor charges us this fee for each transaction, regardless of timing.

2. Discount Codes
   Only one discount code may be applied per order, and discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already discounted or have a promotional offer unless otherwise specified.

3. Customs and Taxes
   We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by customs in your country. For details on these charges, please contact your local customs office.

4. Mail-in Rebates
   Mail-in rebates are not available for international purchases.

About Payment

Accepted Payment Method
We currently accept PayPal as the only payment method. If you do not have a PayPal account, please select the “Guest Checkout” option to process your payment without creating an account.

International Orders
International orders are charged as soon as you complete the checkout process. Please double-check all product specifications before placing your order to ensure the items meet the requirements in your country.

Foreign Transaction Fees
If you notice a small extra charge on your statement, please note that this is a “foreign transaction fee” set by your bank for overseas purchases (EILONG® is based in Taiwan). This fee, typically ranging from 0% to 3%, is beyond our control and varies by bank.

About Prices

1. Currency
   All prices are listed in US dollars. Non-US currency amounts displayed are estimates for informational purposes only. The final amount shown at checkout is in US dollars, and any charges or refunds will be issued in US dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, the order amount will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate by your card issuer, which may also charge a conversion fee.

2. Customs and Duty Fees
   Product prices do not include customs, duty fees, or taxes specific to your country.

3. Exchange Rate Fluctuations
   Due to fluctuating exchange rates, refund amounts may differ from the original purchase price.
