Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
A: Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect all items within 7 days. If you find any damage from shipping or defects in the product, email us with the packing list, item number, description of the damage, and photos. We will get back to you promptly and arrange a replacement for any damaged or defective items in the original order. Damaged or defective items should be disposed of locally unless we specifically request a return.
Q: How do I exchange an item?
A: Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not offer exchange services unless the item is defective or damaged. Please ensure that the items in your order are correct before placing it.
Q: How can I return my purchased product?
A: Due to international shipping costs, customers are responsible for additional shipping and customs clearance fees for any returned items. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and any charges or refunds to your credit card will be issued in USD. Refund amounts may differ from the purchase price due to fluctuating exchange rates.
If a dispute arises regarding the quality of goods or services, EILONG® reserves the right to cancel the order and arrange a refund.
