Returns or Exchange

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect or damaged ?
When you receive your good(s), be sure to check all items within 7 days.
If you find any shipping damage or product defect in your purchase, please email us to report the packing list, item number, damage condition and photos, and we will get back to you as soon as possible, and arrange to send you a replacement product for the damaged or defective product of the original order.
Damaged or defective items must be scrapped locally, unless we specifically request returned.
How do I exchange the item ?
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not provide exchange services unless the product is defective or damaged, so please order carefully.
How can I return my purchased product ?
Due to the high cost of international shipping, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and customs clearance fees incurred by the returned product, so please be careful before placing an order. We will deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount due on your return, any charges or refunds to your credit card will be issued in US dollars, refund amounts may be more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuating exchange rates.
If there is a dispute between the parties regarding the quality of the goods or services, we (EILONG®) reserve the right to cancel the order and arrange a refund.
