About Order:

1. If you want to change or cancel your order. Before you click the "Pay Now" button, you can go back to the shopping cart to delete and modify your shopping content.
If you have already completed the payment, please go to the YOUR ACCOUNT (top left corner of this page) page to confirm the Fulfillment Status column. If it shows Fulfilled, it means that the goods have been sent and cannot be returned or exchanged. After you receive the goods (please do not open the items that need to be returned and exchanged, and keep the invoice properly) contact our customer service email for return and refund operations. If it shows Unfulfilled, please contact our customer service email immediately to inform us that you need to cancel the order and make a refund.
Please be sure to read the Returns or Exchange FAQs carefully before you process the return or exchange.

Please note: Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of USD 0.50 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

2. Only one discount code can be used for an order, and no discount code can be applied if the product has been discounted.
Discount codes can not be used if an item already has a promotional offer. Unless there are other instructions or activities on the page.

3. We are not responsible for customs, taxes, and delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

4. Mail-in rebates are not available for international purchases.


About Payment:

1. We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Diners, AMEX), PayPal payments and direct bank transfers. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

2. The International orders are charged as soon as you click "Complete order". Before placing an order, please check all product Specifications to ensure that an item works in your country.

3. If you get an extra fee like $.75 or $.90 on your credit card statement. These extra credit card charges do not come from us. EILONG® never charges or receives any additional fees. The total amount you see on your screen when you purchase our products is the amount we receive.
All we know the extra fee on your statement is a “foreign transaction fee” charged by the bank that issued your credit card. A number of US banks have a policy of adding a fee to the transaction if the seller is located outside of the USA (we are located in Taiwan), even if the purchase is made in US dollars. This fee varies between 0% and 3% depending on the credit card you are using. For bookkeeping purposes, this is considered as a bank service fee.

4. If Your credit card company may have declined your transaction. Please call the number on the back of your card to find out why it was declined.
As a security precaution our system will lock out your IP address for several hours after 3 denied attempts. In this case, please try using the PayPal option at checkout to process your card (you do not need a PayPal account to use this option). Once on the PayPal payment page select “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and then process your credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Diners, AMEX).


About Price:

1. All our prices are based on US dollars. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any foreign currency information. All non-US currency amounts displayed are estimates provided for general information purposes only. The final amount shown in your cart is in US dollars, and any charges or refunds will be issued in US dollars.
If your credit card is based on another currency, the order amount will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate by the card issuer, and your credit card company may charge you a conversion fee.

2. Any product price does not include customs, duty fees and/or taxes for each country of receipt.

3. Refund amounts may be more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuating exchange rates.
