Privacy Policy
At EILONG®, your privacy is our primary concern. The information we collect from you will be used to process orders. EILONG® will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
We need your company name, contact name, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, shipping and billing information. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We will also use e-mail / e-catalogs to let you know about our new products. If you do not wish to receive any mail in the future, please let us know by sending us a message via e-mail.


Your Account
If you place order at the  eilong.com/eilong.com.tw website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The eilong.com/eilong.com.tw and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.


Minimun Order and Quote Policy
We require all customers to meet minimum USD$1,000 for opening order and USD$500 for reorder, with an annual minimum order amount of USD$3,000. We also accept mixed purchases and merge them into a carton for shipment.
Our business is quoted on an annual purchase basis and support our regional market agents or Wholesalers , if the annual purchase amount is higher, we will provide a lower quote the following year. If failure to meet the annual purchase amount , we may cancel the business qualification or increase the quote the following year. We will let you know the results of our annual review.
If you require OEM/ODM services, we will give you a written quotation based on the product design and quantities you order.
If you want to become EILONG® brand agent in your market, please contact us. Basically, we will ask you to provide information about your company, sales channels and more business ideas.


Payment Terms
Payment for your initial order must be pay by credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, Diners, AMEX) or Paypal, unless another form of payment such as T/T is arranged between you and EILONG® in writing.
All orders are shipped after order confirmation and payment.
Because international trade is extremely difficult and costly to obtain commercial credit and collect payment, it is not possible to agree to open a credit account unless we have an established and long-term relationship each other.


Shipping & Handling
For a small quantity wholesale orders, our pre-arranged shipments to any country will be delivery via FedEx, which will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Most items in stock will be shipped to you within 5-9 working days of your order confirmation.
If you would like to ship with another carrier, please provide your account number with the other carrier. If you have a large order and would like to use another shipping method, such as ocean freight or air freight, please send email or leave a message and let us know your preferred shipping method, our sales staff will provide a shipping quote after and revise the total amount of your order, and then pay by credit card please.


Importing Duties and Taxes
It is important to consider the effects of duties, taxes, port handling fees and other customs charges when determining your shipment's total shipping charges. Customs charges will be determined by the content of your shipment and the destination country and billed to you directly.
Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Duties and taxes are imposed to generate revenue, protect local industries against foreign competition or both. The duties and taxes normally must be paid before the goods are released from customs. A shipment's duty and tax amount may be based on:

▪ Use of The Product
▪ The Product's Harmonized System (HS) Code

Customs officials assess duties and taxes based on information provided on the shipping label, the Commercial Invoice and other relevant documents.

Responsible Party:
Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient, unless the shipper requests to bill to a third party. You have to be responsible for this in addition to the shipping cost we (EILONG®) charge you.


Return / Defect / Transport Damage Compensation Policy
When you receive your goods, be sure to check all items within 7 days. If you find any shipping damage or product defect in your purchase, please email us to report the packing list, item number, damage condition and photos, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Damaged or defective items must be scrapped locally, unless we specifically request returned.

 If the damage is reported within 7 days, we will in principle send you a new replacement product for the damaged product. However, under some special circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse compensation or replace the product.
If the product has quality defects, we guarantee to replace it with a new product within one year. If the product has phased out from our production line., we agree to replace it with an equivalent product or refund it.
Due to the high cost of international shipping, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and customs clearance fees incurred by the returned product, so please be careful before placing an order. We will deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount due on your return.
If there is a dispute between the parties regarding the quality of the goods or services, we (EILONG®) reserve the right to cancel the order and arrange a refund to the buyer.
